LEVEL SYSTEM

At Adira, we are committed to providing each guest a beautiful and relaxing experience—not just a service. Our highly-trained team members are some of the best service providers in the industry—and they’re here for you.

Tiered level pricing is based upon the continued education, experience, productivity, and client demand of the team member. Each service provider is reviewed annually and must meet very strict criteria in order to advance in their career path and progress to a new level.

 

We screen our staff very carefully and pride ourselves on only hiring the best of the best to serve our guests—rest assured, you’re in great hands with any provider you choose.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We recommend scheduling spa packages three weeks in advance. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment.

CANCELLATIONS

Because our services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid charges, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee may be charged.

GIFT CARDS

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees, and business clients. You can purchase a gift card in the salon or over the phone where we can mail the recipient the gift card.

PAYMENT

We accept any major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and check as a form of payment.

 

Gratuity for your service provider is cash only.
